The Tourism Network hold and securely maintain a database of users who have voluntarily logged onto the website using a user name and password. This information is retained by us and used only to monitor site usage and to inform users when new parts of the site are available (if they have been asked to be updated). Data will also be used by our funders The London Development Agency in order to monitor the site. We will not pass your details on to any third party.
